"Loved the room and hotel location; our first time in Madrid and it was a great place to stay and start the day. Hotel was being renovated so the access was not easy but the staff were very helpful. They also spoke good English and gave helpful tips. Room size was big with a good view. Bathroom fittings are a little dated but all very functional. Definitely would stay there again. "

"The staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The free, sweet treats by the front desk are a nice touch. Our room faced the interior courtyard so it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower great with the option of the rain shower head or handheld. We even loved the square-shaped toilet. LOL. The location is convenient to the park and many other attractions. "

"Our stay at Riu Plaza España was amazing! From check-in all staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was well organized and literally has hundreds of options and everything was delicious! Rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. The rooftop has the best view in Madrid! We also loved the location of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!"
