“Rooms are tents, that should be taken in as a consideration. They are extremely comfortable tents, with everything you need. Now that is said. They are great and the views! The views! “The property is as advertised; it is small but has what you need for a visit to NYC. It is a 20-minute walk to Times Square, 5 minutes to the Empire State Building, and 10 minutes to Flatiron. The Subway is 2 blocks away, and you are about a 7-minute walk to Penn Station. The AC was sufficient. The microwave was not working, but there was a second microwave in the apartment stacked on top of the fridge. The beds were just okay; our only real complaint was that the pillows weren't great. “This little pied-à-terre in the West Village is the perfect launching pad for a stay in NYC. It is beautifully appointed with any amenity you might need. While cozy at 400 sq. ft., it was done thoughtfully and with great taste. There are amazing restaurants, gourmet delis, and a beautiful park for people watching within a three-block radius of the apartment. “This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors.
