"The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return."

"Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch."

(And May have the biggest TV I have seen in real life…). Lydia was very responsive and communicative. No issues with check out or check in and even left the lights on for our 9 PM arrival."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our recent week on the pond! My husband & I were there with our young adult children and their friends. During the week we ranged from 4 - 6 occupants & there was plenty of room for all. The home is very clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space and all had ceiling fans for those warm nights. Two of the bedrooms have sliders out to the backyard with a beautiful view of the pond! We were able to enjoy a few sunrises by literally rolling...

"We had a great time on this property. If you enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and generally spending time in and around fresh water, you are going to like this place. The house is clean and comfortable. AC can come in useful on hot days. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked. The deck is a strong plus - it is comfortable and has great views. Importantly, the host is absolutely fantastic to deal with."

"We loved our stay at this property; the view of the cove through the trees fron living room windows was so restful and we were a very short walk to the beach. The patio was so inviting, we spent most of our time around the granite center table just reading or hanging out. We did tear ourselves from the patio to explored the Canal side of the Cape and found some hidden gems to experience."

"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. The only thing I didn't like was that the path down to the beach is alongside of this cottage and when coming off the beach, everyone is passing the back deck. Otherwise,...
