“Terrible customer service and terrible communication.
I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning.
However, surprisingly 11am at my check out date they……

“Stunning apartment with beautiful sea/marina views. Rooftop pool area was amazing and provided everything for a relaxing day in the sun. Staff all lovely & helpful. Perfect holiday”

“Parking very easy but could be a problem if fully occupied. Limassol is not a quiet place so don't expect a peaceful stay. Some details are in need of attention eg pool construction, kitchen cupboards but staff are very helpful, polite and friendly”
