“The house itself was quite nice. Very high ceilings which made it seem open and roomy. I was disappointed that the furniture on the balcony was missing and there were just cushions left on the ground. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Very short walk to the streetcar. The kitchen could use a few more things, like mixing/serving bowls.Overall, we liked the house. ”

“The home was clean and well appointed. Our host was super quick and responsive. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we napped by the pool but never went in. We were near enough to Magazine St to make it convenient. Was just perfect for what we were looking for.”

You will be required to give more information to property management before they actually confirm reservation. “Loved the decor! This was a great experience vs staying at a hotel…the only issue we had was finding the parking garage…once we found it we were not sure if it was open to public..the signage inside garage was misleading. It all worked out in the end and we didn’t get towed. ”

“First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.”

“Great location. It felt very central. Rarely more than a mile or so to walk to most places. Perfect set up for 2 couples traveling together. Jason (host) was very communicative, helpful and flexible! We appreciated his help. I did communicate directly with him that the carpet should be cleaned or replaced. Beyond that a 10/10 stay. “Overall the condo was nice, however it was missing a few things in my opinion. There was no toaster which seemed odd, no clock whatsoever in the unit besides the microwave, a keurig, there was a coffee pot but since I'm the only coffee drinker it would be a waste to make a pot for 1 person. Also we needed to buy a bottle opener since there wasn't one in the condo, I would think something like that would be there since it's New Orleans and people do have a few drinks on vacation.
