“This cabin was perfect for my family. Spacious, clean, 2 full baths and quiet! It is located just off the parkway which was very convenient. The host was great to work with also. He sent an email beforehand to let us know that the national park now requires a parking permit, which was very helpful and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This is a rental with an amazing view. Each level has a balcony. The hot tub was clean and most of the light switches are labeled for ease of use. The master room old toilet needed replaced (wax ring failure). The property manager was quick to respond and their maintenance person replaced the toilet as quickly as possible. “The property was very nice but could use some attention to the dust on all things.awesome memorabilia of Hank Williams. The floors upstairs move at the end of the twin bed and go down hill a bit in the bathroom. Did contact the cleaning lady when we left to let her know that the washer insides fall apart when you wash clothes. Overall would stay again as it was peaceful and could hear the stream outside and that was nice.”

“This was our 6th time staying at this property! We love it here! We come every 5 years to vacation in Gatlinburg. This property is close to everything we love to do. We go hiking, horseback riding and shopping. We also visit the aquarium downtown and drive a short ways to Dollywood each time.”

“It was a beautiful view and had great amenities. The hot tub and sauna were very relaxing. The home needed some updates; the couch had a lot of stains and did not really feel comfortable to sit on. The drive up the mountain was very scary and there were not directions provided to the home so when we lost service it made it even more nerve racking to try and navigate the steep mountains. The drive did get a bit easier as our trip went on though so that was a plus. Overall the view was worth it...

There are some switch back curves that are a little hairy - but we hauled a trailer with a bike and managed it ok. “The pros were: The cabin is in a great location, very convenient to the island and Skyliner diner, and other things that we visited, including Dollywood and Parrot Mtn. It was also pet friendly, which is sometimes hard to find. The cons were: The cabin definitely needs new mattresses and pillows. They were very uncomfortable. It also needs new pots and pans. Most of the Teflon is scraped off of the skillet so we ended up going out to buy our own so we could cook. We also couldn't get the TV in...

I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays.”
