"Hotel was in renovation, I had to change my room 3 times for noise. In Sunday I wake up with drill sound at my next room. Our reservation was including breakfast but breakfast was terrible, there is a lot of flies in jam jars. In morning I asked scrambled egg, front desk woman yelling me , no eggs. I asked egg at eight in the morning. I am disappointed . Also hotel was not cheap.
How will you or hotel compensate for my awful holiday?

"This is my favorite hotel in Lyon. I have stayed there half a dozen times. Can't beat the location on the river and easy access to dining. Also, as a dog owner, I love that there is a dog park half a block away and a large green space at the end of the same block.
The staff is always helpful and friendly.
No need to look further, this is THE place to stay in Lyon. "
