“Great place, clean, sweet hot tub, nice extras, beautifully decorated”

“Great place for our extended family to spend some quality time together. House was very clean and hot tub was great! The kids loved hanging out in the basement and seeing the cows and the adults enjoyed sitting around the table chatting while folks cooked. The social set up of the open kitchen was great for our group. Different rooms to hang out in made the house great for hanging out. Would love to come back in the fall to enjoy the back deck under the stars. We enjoyed going to the local park...

“Property is exactly as listed. No joke, big property, pond, beautiful house, secluded, yet close to shopping. Had a great time chilling by the fire pit, watching movies on the home theater set up. Owners are right in town and helped us answer a question, text notifications when lawn maintenance coming, etc. Could not have been better hosts. We drove (1 hour) to downtown Cleveland for the museums on the first day. Went to the Cuyahoga Nat. Park and hiked to Branywine waterfall the next day....

“Nine Cleveland friends gathered for a weekend away. Cleveland is beautiful, but Sunnyside is a different kind of beautiful. Fresh apples and raspberries outside the door; cows, goats, and chickens running to welcome us; coyotes singing from the hills, trout leaping onto the hook! And, throughout, Martha was a wonderful, welcoming host. Thank you, and see you again soon!”

“You can actually hear yourself think out in this cabin. The view is amazing and there is wildlife to watch (take binocullars) If you need to get away from all the over stimulation of your life get this cabin, It is not close to anything so take what you really need and enjoy. We drive probably 20 minutes to a small town and had some good food take out but honestly we couldnt wait to get back, I suffer from insomnia and I listened to tree frogs and crickets and slept better than I had in years....
