8/10 Very Good! (5,283 reviews)
The hotel is showing it's age. In comparison to newer hotels (Hard Rock, Borgata) Caesars is a bit in need of updating. Rooms in Centurion tower were good though and the staff was excellent. Couldn't be happier with the service. Some issues though. Parking garage smelled of urine it was disgusting, food pricing slightly on the high side, not enough variety in slot machines, too many older machines. Main issue, pool policy. As guests, we are required to pay a resort fee, that should include pool access. Its outrageous that to use the pool, a chair usage fee is imposed, and not a minimal charge, but dynamic pricing starting at $18 per bar chair with no shade, to loungers at $50+ is simply a cash grab. Other hotels mentioned do not charge this. This was the biggest disappointment considering the temperature, it was hot, and some time at the pool would have elevated our experience at this hotel. However, once informed of the fee, knowing we paid a resort fee already, was basically a slap in the face. Lastly, Caesars should project elegance and grandeur, sun glasses and a large towel on the statue of Augustus Caesar in the lobby was tacky.
