No me gustó qué me quedé 5 días y 4 noches y limpiaron la habitación ni una sola vez yo tu que bajar directamente ala recepción para pedirle papel higiénico y toallas. Porque lo llamé desde la habitación muchas veces y solo me ponían en espera por largo tiempo y nunca me atendieron la habitación no era una premiun como decía en la reservación. Que me gustó. Me gustó mucho el ambiente de la piscina, me gustó el casino, me gustó como luce el edificio por fuera si limpiarán un poco más la habitación quizás volviera

Let me first start by saying I did have a good time at the casino and the staff was nice. However I was surprised about some of the charges. I paid for our trip off of here and this website said I only owe 78 or so dollars when I get to the property to pay which is fine. Then I got hit with 228.68 charge for like a safety fee or whatever. Which is crazy to me but I let it go. Then I thought we were able to used the pool as guests since the 228 would count with the pool stuff and all of the amenities for that. So when we enter, we got told that we could schedule a time to go in. Which, again, fine. Make sense. However then they told us that if you want a bar stool to sit at the pool it will be 35 dollars…then the other things like a lounger was more like $90 and so on and so forth. So I was like doing the math and I was about to put down like $180 dollars for me and my husband on top of the 228.68. Which is crazy! So that really made me disappointed. So I guess I was expecting to much but like I didn’t know they were going to charge me for all of that for a pool and like the beginning charges and all. Just make sure you have enough to cover your trip and ask a lot of questions!
