"The place was very nice and clean and directly across from beach near convenient access point. Parking was tight for a crossover SUV but we were able to park in larger space. The balcony is accessed through 2nd bedroom and very narrow space. "

NO ELEVATORS! I did not see this until I read a Google review, helping 3 small children and all our luggage is not practical to the 3rd(technically 4th) floor. (I did not know our room was the 4th floor until the night before or else I would have cancelled for a refund)

"We have stayed at Baywatch many times. This particular condo was clean and well appointed. Really appreciate all of the extra bed pillows. Would stay in the condo again Overall Property: The main pool around the lazy river was cloudy and by the time we left- so dark no one could swim in. Mgmt should really pay better attention to the water quality otherwise. It’s a great location and fun place to vacay. "

"First of all check in was a breeze. Ample parking covered and uncovered areas( small spaces in the covered due to support walls). Easy to get keys and parking passes from the mailbox. Key access to 10 the 10 th floor— very secure and an generous foyer to leave beach items and shoes. Very spacious and open concept layout with plenty of space for the entire family. The kids lived having the cable tv in their room ( twin beds); the main tv was a smart tv with use of your own apps. Free WiFi with password easily noted in the living area. The views were spectacular and we appreciated the heavy sliding glass door to the patio( the 9 and 5 year could not easily open it so we always knew when they were trying to go outside. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms but a little dated. Bring your own paper products as they are not provided. Nice to have hair dryers and double sinks. There was a short walk to the beach on sand— however it was not easily accessible with s wagon ( stairs). The pool was just the right size— not much of a shallow end but our kiddos are good swimmers so it was not much of an issue. There were 2 maintenance staff there every day so the areas were sll clean and well kept "

"Had such a relaxing time. Spent alot of time on the beach. Being on the top floor was not an issue, as the elevator was always available. Well stocked kitchen (though we rarely cooked), plenty of towels, comfy beds, good air conditioning. Expected the condo to be facing east out to the ocean for perfect sunrises. Though it doesn't, early morning coffee on the deck was still enjoyable. Owners might consider having one lounge chair available on the deck, plus a couple low sitting, lightweight chairs available to use on the beach. Would love to return! Miss the sound of the waves and the feel of the water and sand between my toes!"

"The property was okay but was not very clean. There was food splatters on the wall in the dining room. Everything smells musty and there were cobwebs everywhere! You can tell the cleaners don't dust the lamps, the corners, etc. We had to have pest control come while there due to the roaches and spiders. The owners of the property should really spend some money and put in new furniture, fresh paint and update some things. The a/c does blow very cold so that was great! The management company was great to work with and are very responsive. One suggestion would be to add a water hose to the outside spigot so that the sand can be easily rinsed off of beach items and your feet before going in the house. The spigot is on the other side of the side porch and you have to walk across rocks and such to get to it."
"There are a number of restaurants to eat on Kings Hwy. However, there are not any restaurants in walking distance. The condo was nice but it was definitely time to get the furniture cleaned. The shower in the guest bedroom did not properly drain. The windowsills while waiting for the elevator had cob webs and bugs.
Parking garage is definitely tight for parking. "

"Our stay was amazing! The whole place is awesome. Knowing the condo is stocked with all the beach items and the kitchen has all the things you need is such a relief. Lori and Jeff are fantastic to deal with and were there when we needed to call. We are already planning our next family trip. So blessed to have been able to stay here this week for the second time. Hope to have many more family vacations here. Love all the space. We had 14 people and we never felt like we needed more room. Thank you so much Lori and Jeff for having us!!!! "

"This property met the needs of our whole group! (Age range: 20-84) The location allowed for short & easy walks to the beach and ice cream shop. It was conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The elevator allowed Grandma & Grandpa to spend as much time as they wanted with the rest of us at the pool! There was plenty to do outdoors near the pool- putting greens, ping-pong, TV, corn hole, grilling. It was a great hangout during the days. The spacious third floor was perfect for our large group - plenty of seating & space for meals, cards, and game-playing. Besides the elevator, a few other items that were extremely beneficial to us were the beach wagon, the fully functional kitchen, the second refrigerator, and all of the private bathrooms. We were also grateful for the support the Property Manager,Scott, gave us throughout our stay. "
