“Unfortunately the AC didn’t work on entry to the condo. We went to the front desk to inform them that the thermostat doesn’t work and the AC isn’t blowing air. I asked for a box fan and they supplied me with one. They sent an employee to our room and after 2 trips he had the AC working however we had to dump a 5 gallon bucket of condensation water into the hall bath tub every few hours. We go down to spend the day at the beach and I have to leave the family to come up to the room to dump a 5……

“Room was updated and spotless. New carpet, paint, bathroom vanity, and more. A fantastic value imo. We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers.”

“We didn’t get the rom that was advertised by Expedia. Only 1 elevator worked for 16 floors. The sauna water outside was brown. We needed a full kitchen but got a hot plate instead. Nice area, great price, would stay again.”

“I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from……

“There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property.”

“Kitchen was not fully equipped except with BUGS!!!!!!! Termites, fleas and cockroaches!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and owner would NOT give refund or even do anything about it!!!!!!!! We left 10 minutes of being there!!!! DO NOT trust this company!!!!! DIGUSTING is not even strong enough!!!!!!!!!”

“Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit.”
