“Villa rooms were very dated and not very clean. Resort double booked me and was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. Two different guests who checked in before us also had problems with their reservations. We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.”

“The rooms were clean and had a nice view of the ocean. The pillows were all the same size, very firm to the point of feeling hard to me. The mattress was very firm, almost hard and the sheets were clean and bright white, but a little rough. I don't feel this way about hotels usually. The pool and hot tub and lazy river were nice to have, but be warned, there are no towels to use there and signs ask you to dry off before coming back inside. The room bath towels are smallish and only one each,……

“Not sure if the rooms on the site was for the south building. Furniture, bathroom and appliances need to be updated. Very outdated compared to what was advertised on the website. White fridge and stove but the website shows stainless steel. The balcony was stained (door frame and the porch itself). Room had an old smell. The property was ok had all the amenities that were advertised. Would have been nice to eat dinner at the restaurant there. Probably would not choose to stay at resort again.”

“We were expecting it to be a lot nicer. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what we expected for a Hilton hotel. Very disappointing. I think the only thing we liked was how close the walk to the beach was from the hotel. Literally just steps from the hotel so that was nice. The location wasn’t bad but they advertise a lot of amenities that you have to go to the other properties for. The ice machine was broken on several floors. Elevators extremely slow. Only clean area was the main lobby. The……
