“Nice place to lay your head for sure!”

“This is my new spot. Loved the tiki bar and live music down at the pool. Room was nice and clean and smelled good. Staff were kind and welcoming always had a smile.”

“Our room was recently renovated. The hotel was clean nice. And close to everything!”

“Staff was wonderful but room was okay good enough place to sleep.”

“We reserved an apartment three people. There were two beds in the bedroom that had no windows in them. The Murphy bed in the living room area was blocked by a heavy glass table that could not be moved anywhere else in the living room due to there was no room. Very uncomfortable. The pool area was extremely crowded but best yet there were no bathrooms down in the pool area. Would not go there again.”

“I liked that it was at the end of Ocean Drive, very close to Barefoot Landing! Our room was ready and we were able to check in early! Excellent beach access, excellent pools. One drawback, it was hard to access beach from parking deck, had to use the elevators in the lobby, but ramp access from pool to beach was provided. Beds were very comfortable! Room layout was unusual, there were two steps up from the kitchen area to the bedroom area, would not have been ADA accessible but offered privacy……

“The location was excellent, but the reception staff were useless. The man at check-in didn’t know anything and spoke very little English. At our last day we wanted to extend our stay directly at the hotel, but the receptionist said we had to do it through Expedia ??? Also, according to Expedia, we were supposed to receive a $10 voucher per person from the hotel for a show, but unfortunately nobody knew anything about it. We had a total of three cockroaches in the apartment. Otherwise the……

“I booked this hotel thru expedia for the wrong date mistakenly. I made the booking on 9/12/26 at 10pm for what i thought was the 13th to the 14th. I accidentally booked it for the 12th the same day. I tried to cancel seconds later it wouldn't let me. I called the hotel they told me to speak to expedia. Expedia told me they spoke to the hotel and they will not give a refund. I think that's terrible business to keep the money and not refund it and i was trying to cancel within the first 5 minutes……

“Great location, nice pool area. Check in took a very long time. Also there is a $20/ day charge for parking which is very uncommon in Myrtle beach. I have stayed at over 20+ hotel in Myrtle beach and never paid for parking. WiFi access was very complicated. No daily housekeeping service also disappointing.”
