“The location of the apartment was ideal for moving around the Amalfi. It is under a 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and many restaurant options. We were a group of five, and were able to comfortably live in the apartment. The two washrooms really helped. Communication with our host, Giuseppe was easy, and he was very responsive. “Can’t say enough about this place. Literally across the street from the beach. You have to walk upstairs inside the building as there is no elevator, but was manageable. Room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked and we were able to prepare a few meals. We loved staying in Minori as our base and then we were able to go on day trips to other towns along the coast.”

“The apartment was as advertised just steps off the beach. It’s in the top floor of an old apartment building with a view overlooking the Lido at Minori. The apartment looked brand new inside. Everything worked as advertised and was very very clean. Giuseppe was the person that checked us into the room and was very informative and recommended a few very good restaurants. “I think overall this is a great stay, it’s close enough to the city to be walkable but far enough that it feels removed from the very touristy area. The Residence Due Torro would definitely benefit from being small upgrades to specially the bathroom, linens, and ensuring there’s not ants. Be mindful that is it an older building but Italy itself is old, which personally enjoyed and it adds to the authenticity of the trip!”
