We had an amazing stay!

The property was clean and in order. There was plenty of parking as we did have 3 vehicles. The beach access is only a short walk away. Without hesitation we would stay here again!

Wonderful place for a group

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, and had everything we needed for cooking. It was a plus to have beach toys, chairs and beach towels. Our host was quick to send maintenance when we needed it. Just a walk from the beach.

Amazing Place, Perfect Location

Property was super clean and easy to keep up with. The walk to the breach is under a minute both ways. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect vacation. Owner was extremely communicative and helpful. Would rent again tomorrow if I could.

Amazing stay!

12 of my friends and I stayed here, and everyone had somewhere to sleep comfortably. The beach access being right across the straight was amazing, and literally a one minute walk. Also, the two complementary chairs on the beach was such a perk. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

The rails to the bunk beds were not attached so be careful there. Plenty of toys and chairs at the house so take that into consideration when packing. Bring your own trash bags and toilet paper. We had a great time and will stay at this house again if needed per that many people. 11 in one house and we were never cramped. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved the extra fridge in the garage.

Nowhere on website does it say you can only park 2 vehicles (one in garage and one outside garage). Also there was no pool and the website said there was one..

Loved the proximity to the beach, unit needs some help.

I really enjoyed this trip and there were a lot of things to love about this unit but there were a few unsavory details as well so I feel a Pros and Cons list is the best way to provide all the information. Pros: - Easy to walk to the beach, only takes 5 minutes - Private beach access with umbrella and 2 chairs. - 2 Bedrooms with King beds, and all bedrooms with their own bathrooms. - 2 Fridges means plenty of food storage for a big group. - Nice wood grain tile throughout the unit. -The biggest pro for us was the price, compared to other units of this size and this close to the beach, we could have paid a lot more. Cons: - Safety concerns, windows will not stay open so in the event of a fire... - Safety concern, the top bunk beds (2) are HIGH and have no rails. - Insufficient kitchen supplies: hardly any cooking utensils, very few storage containers, no mixing bowls etc. - 2 bedrooms are up 2 flights of stairs. - Dryer takes forever to get clothes fully dry. - There was not a functional smoke detector in the upstairs master, there was a spot where one was missing. - Really wished there was an outdoor patio that wasn't part of a bedroom. - Upstairs master bedroom has a moldy shower with a very difficult to open/ close door. (I got stuck in there once and my child could not open or close the door without help.) - The unit has some updates and "appears" more modern in some areas but is still obviously an old unit, and unfortunately has that musty old smell. - There is only dining seating for 8 people so we were not able to all sit down together for a meal. - The biggest Con for us was the check-in company and procedure. Newman Dailey was very rude and having to find their office to "check-in" was not easy, not to mention they close at 5pm.

good rental iffy management company

Location and beach access was good. House was nice and owner was responsive. Pool was a converted hot tub (but was there for the beach). Management company not so responsive. Felt like we were treated like dummies and they could tell us anything and we wouldn't know any better by the management company (insulting). The ice maker made 1 cube the whole week (hopefully it gets fixed). The only thing that would keep us from renting it again would be the management company.

Great location, nice and clean

Great location in relation to the beach. Short walk across the road to the private access. The house was nice and up to date. Only thing lacking is parking. Other than that I would recommend!

Beautiful home, great location.

I was very pleased with this home. You will note this is a 3 story home with the living room and kitchen on the second floor. King bed with bunk beds is located off the garage. Queen bed second floor and master and bunk bed room is third floor. The house was well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend (just be prepared to climb a lot of stairs!)

Fabulous vacation

Loved everything about this home. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen and baths. Walks to the beach were easy. Loved the daily beach service and the extra beach chairs.

We had an amazing experience. Beautiful and and so close to beach, couldn’t of been any better!

Great property, we are so thankful. Made our trip that much easier too because the process was very simple. Very well furnished and in a great location overall. Beach is a short walk, mall and restaurants are very close.

Clean and short walk to beach

My husband and I stayed here with another family. Both families have 4 children so we had 8 kids in the house and 4 adults with plenty of room for everyone. The bunk room was really awesome for the kids. The owners were very responsive and answered any questions we had within 30 minutes. We enjoyed it so much we asked to stay an extra day! I would highly recommend this rental to stay in for a great vacation.
