Review

Excellent location and the communication with management company was very good. The condo was adequate. The bed was uncomfortable and the linens were very gritty/scratchy. Next time I would bring my own linens. Also another mirror to use other than just the bathroom would be helpful. We were there for a wedding and getting ready for 2 was a struggle.

Highly recommend Just Beachy

Just Beachy was perfect in every way!! Definitely would return. Only negative was one of the pools had a code for only one of buildings to use. We have stayed at Gulfview many times as many other guests staying there this trip. That was a big conversation piece and all were not happy with this new rule. In fact a woman installing a security camera to monitor the gate while we were at the pool was bothersome.

Great little get away spot

My daughter and I are both in college, and we took a long weekend to study for finals at the beach. It was a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach. The management company is amazing. Communication was great, and they responded super promptly when I notified them there was a nest of wasps under a patio chair. I didn't expect them to do anything, I just wanted to let them know for the next guests, but it was already taken care of by the time we got back from the beach. Really pleasant experience overall!

25th Anniversary perfect getaway

Great location to beach & walking distance to restaurants. Steps to beach. Clean unit! Nice TV’s in unit and AC worked great! No icemaker in freezer FYI. Definitely would stay again for just 2 people. I think 4 would be too tight unless small children. Great communication with host. AC unit on balcony is very loud.

A couple problems

We have stayed at numerous units in Gulfview for the last 20 yrs. This unit had a couple problems for us. It had a NEST thermostat. If you are unfamiliar with it, you are in trouble. There were a few things that could have been cleaner. Black mold on the seals of the refrigerator door. Bathroom commode was awful fit for my husband. It must have been an especially small size. We were annoyed by a compressor that ran off and on night and day. Never figured out the source. My husband identified a couple bugs on the floor at 2 different times as roaches.

ALL GOO WITH A FEW THINGS TO NOTE

GREAT LOCATION. CLEAN. COMFORTABLE. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ENOUGH TOILET PAPER OR EVEN A FULL SIZED BAR OF SOAP. YOU PAY FOR CLEANING BUT YOU HAVE TO FILL AND RUN THE DISHWASHER. PULL SHEETS AND TOWELS. CLEAR THE REFRIGERATOR. ADJUST THE THERMOSTAT. TAKE OUT THE TRASH. BASICALLY YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR CLEANING AND THEN DO THE MAJORITY OF CLEANING. THANKS

The property is great - it is as advertised in the photos. The property maintenance staff does a great job with daily maintenance. The complex is quiet and the pool is great. Check-in and out was online and super easy.

Overall we were pleased with the condo. It was a little on the smaller side but had eveything u needed. Beds and furniture were uncomfortable. Need new mattresses. Beach view and location were great! Must eat at Kenny D's! Food was excellent and prices reasonable.
