Perfect Location

We loved the location facing the ocean and on the west side of the building…it’s in a hallway by itself, so was very quiet! Condo had pretty much what we needed for the week and our only complaints are the veryyyy squeaky loud beds in both bedrooms and the lack of lighting in the main bathroom. It is definitely nothing fancy, but clean and laid out well…would stay again with new beds:).

Great vacation

Everything was absolutely wonderful. A few suggestions though. You need to have some pot holders, a cutting board, and at least one cookie sheet in the kitchen. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the queen made a lot of noise when you would move. But, overall, highly recommended and hope to be back.

The property was absolutely great!

We loved our stay...the only thing I would suggest is the unit should have more supplies for guest. We had to purchase dish soap, toilet paper and kitchen trash bags. Other than that the view was wonderful...the beach was amazing so was the pool area. We definitely will book again.

The AC unit broke and flooded our unit the night before our stay. The management company didn't inform us of this until approximately 2:00PM on the day of check in. Check in was 4:00PM. We were 3/4 of the way there. They then gave us the choice of a full refund, or stay in another unit that didn't have an ocean view.. We had to move 3 times before our original unit was ready. I understand that the flood wasn't in their control, but we should have been notified what was going on when it happened, not when we were 2 hours away from our destination in an 8 hr drive. They then only refunded us the difference between the ocean view condo and the the condos we actually stayed in, instead of refunding us for the 4 days we couldn't stay in the ocean view condo. Those units would have been empty anyway. That would have been a nice gesture to offset our frustration of having to move 3 times.

Easy get away and great view from the balcony!

It was a great size condo with all the amenities! The balcony over looked the ocean and the pool was easy to get to!

Great location, view, and clean.

Condo was great. It was clean, you had an ocean view from the balcony, getting to and from the ocean was easy. Check in and check out was very easy. Having the app with all the codes and being able to share the app with other people in the condo was very convenient.

The place is awesome loved the area, beach, pool Area and fast customer service.

The condominium was awesome ,our stay was relaxing close to everything. The only thing I had a problem with was the dishes in the condo were dirty the cleaning staff need to make sure the dishes are clean. And we didn’t have the correct bracelets required to access the property.

Wonderful venue for a perfect family vacation!

Our family enjoyed a beautiful family vacation at this well appointed, clean condo right on the beach but with a wonderful private pool as well. The snack bar was a welcomed addition.. Being able to walk down the beach to a restaurant was an added surprise! Location of this condo was perfect! We will be back!

We would come back to this condo

We really enjoyed the space and decor. The guest bedroom doesnt cool down as to the rest of the condo and the bed is very uncomfortable. Did I mention....very uncomfortable. The owners need to consider getting a new bed in the guest room and it is very squeaky. I would like to use this condo again but my husband wont stsy there again unless they get a new bed.

Property Management needs improvement dealing with customers .

Experiencing the same issue many years in the row. We really like the location and the property. However the Property Management puts no effort to assist and resolve any customers requests. Even a team manager - Hunter puts a client as a low priority and a client satisfaction as not important. Very difficult time communicating, broken promises and simply not returning the calls. Probably the worst experience we had in the past.
