“Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine.
Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!”

“The house was smelly. It was way overpriced for what you get. Good luck getting any sleep as the knocking sounds from the furnace are incredibly loud. Do not stay here.”

“This is a charming quiet retreat right in the heart of town. The proximity to Glen Helen and the downtown area is great and makes it easy to come and go throughout the day without having to get in the car.
The host was thoughtful and available and we very much enjoyed our stay. Yellow Springs is an awesome community well worth checking out. This home felt like the perfect way to experience it.”

“The location was good for bike riding on the Little Miami Trail. There were no wine glasses so we had to drink our wine out of coffee cups. There is only one shower. Not even enough for the five of us, much less for the ten that the place advertised.”
