Best Experience I’ve Had Staying At A Hotel!

Lydia at the front desk was fantastic.She helped us out with quite a few things and was extremely friendly.

I appreciated the on site amenities, the cleanliness of the hotel and the super friendly, helpful and professional staff members. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment were nearby enough. I did not like that my stay was from Sunday and I extended through the following Sunday and housekeeping only cleaned my room on the Monday, not even to refresh owels, take out trash or give clean glasses. Since I spent the majority of my stay outside of my room I believe that should not have been the case. I was disappointed the the indoor hot tub wasn't warm And the sauna was broken. But overall the pros outweighed the cons. And I'm looking forward to booking with them again as opposed to another facility. I should have asked if they have a loyalty program.

We saw 2 roaches in our hotel. It was smelly and dirty, and they charged for everything which was an inconvenience because it was not stated in the booking info.

Ocean view, ocean swimming, pools and breakfast. and great service at dinner grill.and full service restaurant with ocean views. Very pleased with room and location overall.
