This hotel was small but clean and very nice. I was traveling with my husband, but booked a room with 2 queen beds as we were there to visit my daughter and wanted to have the option to let her stay with us in the downtown area if she did not feel like driving home. We ended up booking a scuba trip that required us to leave the hotel at 7 am the third day we were there and she spent the night with us the night before to be able to come with us in the morning. When we returned we were told that there would be a charge due to a 3rd person in the room (in a room that had capacity for 4). We were not signed up for included amenities that would be based on 2 people vs 3 such as breakfast, we did not ask for extra towels or an extra bed or cot, there was no additional housekeeping needed, etc. We were told it was the policy of the hotel to charge by the person rather than the room. The whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth in an otherwise nice stay.
