Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations.

We have 2 units in this building, including a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit and studio with a full bath. They are units 824 and 1108.

Enjoy this oceanfront paradise from the 11th floor of this condo with absolutely incredible ocean views. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean along with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Walking into this condo feels like your are sitting on top of the ocean. True one bedroom unit with private bedroom and balcony off of the living area and bedroom. Condo just recently remodeled with fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops with a full size stove/oven and refrigerator.

If you are interested in booking this condo:
Click on the 'Book it' button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount due and can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date.

Dogs are permitted. For weight and other limitations please contact owner. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted. There is a pet fee.
· 2 dogs maximum.
· Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, German Shepherd and Chow are not permitted.
· A Pet Fee of $25.00 plus tax per night/per pet will apply. If you happen to book this condo through a website other than VRBO/Homeaway such as Expedia then you will need to communicate directly with us to pay the pet fee.
· Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your dog alone in the room.
· Pets must be on a leash when in public areas of the resort and are not allowed in the pool areas.
· All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.

This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony.

Nice but worn
The unit is very nice but is showing serious signs of wear and tear. The resort is clean but outdated, and all of the staff are very friendly.

Great location, large balcony with big ocean views, owner very responsive and bed was comfortable. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and there were wide gaps around the entry door. The dull knives, rusty dish drainer and very small kitchen were disappointing. Bring your own bath towels because what are supplied are half the usual size, very thin, rough and not absorbant. The resort is pet friendly which is good however there were so many dogs (some very large) which made it difficult to manage.

Nice place
Property is outdated but so are all the other units in the building. Kitchen is very tiny. Bed was extremely comfortable and loved waking up and seeing the Ocean right out of the bedroom. Location is great. Lots to walk to and easy to get Ubers. Host was very responsive to all my questions ahead of visit.

The whole process was easy and super simple. The room looked like it did the photos. It was also very clean and well organized. We were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony was amazing! I would most definitely stay in this room again!

It was very nice - the rental property manager wasn’t perfect because she stated i could check in a little early the day of - then once i fully paid - stated that there will be a large fee for early check in. Bad customer service but the place was nice!

Property was nice. Somewhat dated and the water pressure in the shower was awful. However the unit was clean and great location. We did not realize bike weekend would start middle of the week. We saw it listed as May 26th-28th. Motorcycles were out in front of the hotel Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th night until 1:00-2:00 am playing VERY loud music and revving engines. They were also parked right next to the hotel in the public beach access parking where the dog park is and it was extremely loud!

The best thing about this place was the view which was amazing. The worst thing about the place was dealing with the rude, unaccommodating owner. Less than 24 hours after booking this unit, our plans changed. I immediately reached out to her to see if I could cancel, to which she said no (which I understand since I booked it so close to when we needed it). Then, I requested that she allow me to change the date to late October which would have been an off season date, which wouldn't interfere with the busy season. She was very rude and abrupt and would not allow any sort of change. Of course, we weren't going to lose all that money so we did end up going (as trip insurance wouldn't have reimbursed us either). When I inquired about extending one day (at the end of our trip) she was EXTREMELY accommodating to take another day of rent from us. Anyway, it wasn't pleasant dealing with her and for that reason I wouldn't recommend this unit. It was fairly centrally located but if you're looking for something newer, spacious, in great condition, with a pleasant owner, this isn't it.

Could have been cleaner and mold remediation done properly
Arrived and found all towels and blankets to be stained. Bedroom door is hard to close as it’s split and had a bandaid literally a bandaid holding it together. Entire perimeter of bedroom and living room ceiling are covered in black mold. Spoke to owner via text she said she was never made aware of any of this from housekeeping and said she would have maintenance come put bleach on it. (Which doesn’t kill mold it needs to be remediated as I have 3 years in the water damage and mold remediation field) I told her it wasn’t a big deal as our family had already set up and didn’t want bleach on our stuff.

We had a fabulous time. The condo was as advertised, well stocked with everything you might need, great location, and awesome view. This was the first time traveling with our dog. The dog park next door made bathroom breaks easy. Dogs were allowed on the beach some walks were enjoyable for all.
