Enter the main room with a comfy sofa, flat screen smart TV with cable, beautiful bamboo floors and contemporary dining. Then flow right into the spacious kitchen w/ 12 cup coffee brewer, stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. Continue to flow right into the Lounge with more comfortable seating, fireplace another SMART flat screen TV, a fireplace, and french doors to the small fenced-in back yard. And just off the kitchen is a HUGE, breezy screened side porch for enjoying a bug-free outdoor dinner & relaxing between explorations of Music City! The back deck also has an outdoor grill.

Guests are also provided with a 24 hour emergency number to call while staying with us!

Street Parking is also available in front of the house (if all vehicles do not fit in the driveway, accessed by the alley-way)
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
