"Despite the very average location with some nearby properties not being well kept, we were pleasantly surprised that Maria's property and the area around the Bungalows is very well developed, and very attractive. The view is terrific. Maria is a great hostess, met us upon arrival, checked on how we were enjoying our stay, and responded quickly to inquiries. Accommodations very clean and comfortable, and kitchen very well equipped. All in all a very pleasant stay."

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely family run motel. We were upgraded to a suite which I would recommend as the dining options are limited in the area with the exception of driving to Nelson. The on-site restaurant was lovely - went there for dinner on our first night. We'll be back!"
