"Mighty Sea Bean" Situated alongside the Indian River Lagoon this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is beautifully located. This is an easily accessible unit on the ground floor with covered parking directly outside of the unit. Thoughtfully remolded, this condo is perfect parts bright and homey and sure to please. The kitchen has brand-new stainless-steel appliances and cookware and is nicely stocked with small appliances including: a coffee machine, electric kettle, commercial grade blender, toaster and an electric skillet.

The first bedroom is smartly decorated with a beautiful king bed and walk in closet You're then lead to the en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower and large vanity. The second bedroom has two full beds perfect for the kids. The second bathroom has the perfect tub/shower combination for rinsing away the days sand.

The community has great views, especially of the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse from the docks. Sunrise and sunset bugle serenades can also be enjoyed on the docks from the Coast Guard Station, nestled on the banks of an adjoining cove.
