"The property was amazing. The hotel staff was continually servicing all areas. Beautiful lobby and easy access to the hotel and the bustling and thoroughly enjoyable Queen Street. "
"Check in was quick and easy. The room is a great size, with lots of things literally at your door step. There’s a heated pool, spa, sauna and gym. There’s lots of cafe/restaurants near the precinct that you can charge to your room. Would definitely stay again."
"Great location, easy transportation from the airport. Easy walk to the port and downtown sights. The biggest problem was they had an elevator out of order for our whole stay. Really caused a problem. And you recieved no discount for the sky tower for staying in the sky tower hotel. "
"The hotel provided a nice place to rest before leaving Auckland. With a selection of in-house restaurants, with a nice selection although a bit more pricey, in addition to many restaurants in a walkable distance there’s no shortage of options. The staff were amazing and so friendly and made my stay so enjoyable. I didn’t make it to the gym or indoor pool but those were definitely nice features for those starting with more time! Overall great experience and the room was beautiful and was a great space to rest and reset. "
"It's a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is good. There's a rooftop bar with a good view of the city. Only thing I didn't enjoy was having to pay for parking in addition to the hotel fee."
