"The hotel is a renovated motel that was on the old route 66. It was nicely done, and had private parking. The restaurant and bar were excellent and the free "light" breakfast was better than mose continental ones. They also allow dogs, though an additional $30 non refundable cleaning fee was added to the already extra $25 a night per dog. First time for that. It is a bit far from the Plaza, but an easy drive. Oh, they also have live music and happy hour "

"everything about our stay was great except the actual check in process. they aeemed unable to find our prepaid reservation at first and then ince they found it therr was some confusion about prepayment/deposit that the clerk did his best to straighten out but the supervisors he reached out to were quite curt to both the clerk and to me. they seemed annoyed with him although they also atruggled to fix the problem. it was not a good start to our stay. ince we got checked in (approximately 20 minutes) everything else was excellent.
