"The Hotel Oceanside was perfect for my business trip to work at the Breeders Cup at Del Mar. I enjoyed the quiet, spacious comfortable room. Plenty of table and countertop space as well as more than enough drawers. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the water pressure in the shower. But the price and convenience surely made up for it."

"We had such a lovely, peaceful stay in this hotel! We loved that it was a block away from the beach and pier and we had a peekaboo view of the water. The room was clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfy as expected at a Marriott hotel. The front desk staff were great and I can't remember the name of the younger gentleman who helped place us in room that was quiet but he went above and beyond and we're so grateful. You can hear the train at times but it was in no way disturbing. We also liked the secure underground parking and updated, modern feel of the hotel. Breakfast time was cut off too early for us late risers but maybe next time we'll have the chance to try it. We will definitely be back and 100% recommend this hotel."
