“The room had nasty smell to it, the tea didn’t work, I had to go out to come and look at the TV four times before you actually came and then they told me they forgot and then there was nothing to do about it the shower had cracks in the walls that were moldy and the lighting of the shower the pillows had stains on them and they said not leave any makeup on the towels or mess them up in anyway or we wouldn’t get our deposit it didn’t feel safe and it smells like ass ”

“Clean room, clean bathroom, room is spacious and room layout is nice. Quiet area so no noise from traffic. Only noise I heard was from person above me walking around on the 3rd floor. The property is close to places to eat where you could walk in about 7 minutes. I’d say overall I liked my stay. The only real negative I’d say was that they charge you $7 for parking. I have no idea why they would charge this. I think it’s absurd. The parking is an open lot and there’s plenty of parking. When……

“The staff were friendly and the room was decent. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed when we got there and they were putting on a new roof which was quite nosiy in the morning. We had called about 1-2 weeks before arriving to ask about the amenities and no one mentioned anything about the pool, hot tub or roof work. It was pretty frustrating as we chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub amenity for our kids. We paid a little extra to stay at this hotel instead of another so……

“This place is immaculate. The staff is friendly, and professional, and on point. The rooms you can clearly tell our newly renovated and not cheaply either. The beds are excellent. And the property is very clean. The location is right downtown Oceanside in very close proximity to the pier, the harbor, the beaches, and entertainment, and food all within walking distance.”

“Linens on the trundle bed were SOILED! We also had ants in the room, and the plumbing had some issues. Also, coffee and tea area only available in the lobby from 7:30am - 4pm. We had the read online that each room came with a coffee machine/Keurig. Since we wake up early, we had to wait a while for a morning coffee. It was inconvenient. The main positive is that the property is in a great location, very close to the beach and village shops. The grounds are pretty. The room had a gas fireplace,……
