“This is a non smoking facility but as soon as you enter the lobby for check in there is a strong scent of cigarette. The staff was helpful. The laundry room was clean. I liked the minimalist room design but it lacked quality of workmanship. There was a daylight gap around the entire door to our room and other small details that made the room feel like it was done by an amateur. There was a very strong odor of pinesol and cigarettes in this non smoking room that hits you as soon as you enter. The……

“The room was renovated but the entire building is under construction with trash piled up and only a few rooms available. The staff is very unfriendly, short and rude. They ask for a $150 CASH deposit per room but have no ATM and it’s not on the sites it’s posted on. When I checked out they almost didn’t give me my deposit back. Meaning they chose who they charge the deposit to and who they don’t. The security guard was very creepy and kept mentioning he was armed. Overall very disappointed. Yes……

“Bed was like an air mattress, dust all over the room. You could see light from underneath the room door to the outside. Not a good experience. I was in the room for less than an hr before I reserved another hotel. ”

“We loved our stay at The Green Room! Room was cute and clean, loved the ease of self check in and if we had any questions the number we texted was very responsive. Our first morning there we woke up to coffee and donuts outside and was able to chat with a few other guests there.The hotel is also in walking distance of lots of great food options. Highly recommend! ”

“The owners are on site and couldn't have been nicer. Location was amazing with coffee shops, restaurants, beach and more in easy walking distance. Room lay out was a bit odd but beds were super comfortable. The road out front is a bit noisy.”
