“-Good hotel house keepers were nice and helpful -10min walk from the beach -Great room rate -If you download the circuit app you can get picked up and dropped off anywhere in oceanside for $3bucks so that was cool and fun Negatives- -Lots of construction nearby and homeless people just be alert -Need cash for the deposit and they didn't have a working ATM so I had to go out and find an atm -Also need cash to buy any of their snacks and beverages so it would be nice if they offered other……

“Where do I begin? Bb gun shots on the door, dusty furniture, stained bed sheets, stained crown molding , floors, walls, etc. Grimy shower, clogged sink, dirty pool, with floating pieces inside......disgusting overall establishment that needs to be inspected by city. Homelessness surrounding cars...the ksut goes on and on..... overall a very sketchy.....do not stay here, especially with a family!”

“This motel located literally 100 feet from a 12 lane highway (I5) that goes to San Diego. The noise level is high, even with earplugs. There homeless people snooping around, sometimes they sit on the he stairs leading to upper deck, talking and staff does not do anything to make their PAYING guests feel comfortable. Bed matresses are blown out and offer no support, rooms are small and exterior paint on the doors is very old.. Looks like the owner is a cheapskate how dont wanna put a penny……

“If you’re looking for a minimalist, trendy and clean hotel look know further. The bed is very comfortable with the softest sheets. The donuts and coffee in their outdoor common area was a tasty surprise. There’s a healthy food market/deli across the street, a good brew pub on the corner and a donut shop within walking distance. Other than that, South Oceanside and this hotel are car/UBER dependent.”
