“Best place to stay in Oceanside”

“Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and proximity to the pier / beach / restaurants, and access to the underground parking garage, made for a great beach vacation experience for our family. The free breakfast is good, although by the end of the 5th day, we were ready for some 'real eggs' and bacon. Would be nice to have had more fresh fruit options. Also, the stair cases were dilapidated, and the elevators (when both working) were fine, but if one wasnt working took too long to go up/down.……

“The room was clean, but the linen had whole cigarette bones holes on them and the room smelled like it had been closed for a long time. We had a light matches to get the smell out, and the staff was friendly. The grounds were clean, but we were just so put off by the crummy linens.”

“I paid a deposit (twice) and they never gave it back to me. I called to follow up when it would be credited back to my account and they just hung up on me. Worst customer service and overall hotel experience. I wish I could give negative stars”
