Friendly staff when checking in. Room was in excellent condition. Housekeeping was meticulous and prompt, snd when you passed them in the hall, they greeted you and asked if everything was all right with your room. The ladies preparing food at Reds’s restaurant did an outstanding job - and they were so helpful and pleasant. The parking arrangements were practical.

This is one of many stays for me for a conference I attend yearly. The staff is always so friendly, the rooms are always clean, pool area is great. Restaurants and deli are great on site. We really enjoy our stay at the Rosen Centre!

The hotel was decent. The shower did take awhile to turn hot. You'd have to run it for a bit. As for the room it was clean, The staff were helpful when it came to the checkin checkout process. The only issue I had personally was that the staff moved to a new system, and couldn't navigate or figure out how much fees were due. (Such as the parking, or other issues.) Would I say this was a 4 star experience? No. Would I say its great for its proximity to a convention? Yes.
