The master bedroom features a spacious king bed with a seagrass headboard and access to an en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanity sinks, a relaxing garden tub, and a separate walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and adjoins the second bathroom, which includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.

Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and silverware. The living room showcases stunning Gulf views and offers ample seating, including a microfiber suede sofa and two occasional chairs, along with direct access to the Gulf-front balcony.

Gather around the dining table that seats six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar for convenience. Whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the sunset from the balcony, Aqua 804 promises an unforgettable beachfront escape.

Great stay!

BOOK THIS CONDO!! It was SO spacious and very clean!! The location and view from the balcony were amazing!! We used the pool every day…it was clean and not overly crowded. We walked to dinner every night! It is perfection!!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Showing its age...

The unit we stayed in was pretty comfortable and had everything we needed for a 5-night stay. My two main complaints were the exhaust fan in the 2nd bathroom as it sounded like a jet taking off. The other complaint was the sofa. It was a sleeper sofa and was very uncomfortable. We just happen to be in the Florida Panhandle when the weather was very much below the average for the time of the year. So, we didn't do much while in PCB. We did have some good seafood and spent an afternoon at Pier Park. Otherwise we spent a lot of time in the unit. At about 4:45 each afternoon we would go on the balcony and watch the sunset. Based on the price, I would recommend this condo if you want a place to take you family. Be aware that you have to buy a 40 (tax) parking pass. I don't remember being told that before arrival or that parking was across the street from the bldg. The first morning I went to my car and found a parking violation under my wiper. It told me to use the machine by the 3rd floor elevators to buy my pass.

Awesome location and plenty of room

Very roomy, clean condo. Very close to Pier Park and a great restaurant across the street. The bathrooms are a little outdated but everything was very clean. (Though we did find a dirty sock in the bedroom on the floor)

We had a wonderful stay during Spring Break! Everything was just as it shows in the pictures. The condo was very clean and was perfect for our family vacation. The elevators were not bad at all.
