Beautiful view but.

View was beautiful. Condo was alright. Floors turn your feet black. I swept as soon as we got there because they were so dirty. The master tub is huge but can't use it to actually take a nice bath. The spout is rigged so it only stays on the shower setting and the tub drains really slow. The furniture has water damage all over it and beach sand all over the tables. Be careful before you sit on any of the dining set chairs. Legs are loose and coming apart. For the price you pay to stay there, the condo should be clean. They say they charge a fee if there is excessive sand left in the condo but yet there is sand everywhere when we arrived. The condo was left cleaner than when we got there. Pool area is nice and staff at the resort are kind. Overall, it wasnt a bad stay...pricey for what you get especially when you have to clean as soon as you get there because it wasn't cleaned the way it should have been before guests arrive. and kt drains slow.

Property was nice, view was great. Couch/bed in livingroom was uncomfortable to sit on and unstable to sleep on. Couldn't use direct TV in livingroim or master bedroom.

Great views!

We had a comfortable stay here and really enjoyed this corner condo with views all around. The layout was perfect for our family and the kitchen was outfitted well enough for us to eat in as much as we wanted. The owner was excellent to deal with, however the property manager was a ghost. We reached out because the main sliding door to the balcony stopped working. She said she’d let maintenance know and that was the end of it. Luckily the bedroom door to the balcony still worked but once we put the baby to sleep no one could enjoy the balcony.

Great view, but…

We had a great vacation despite the lack of necessary and working equipment. There was little things around the condo that weren’t in working order (sink sprayer, bathroom fan, bathroom lock, clogged drain in Master bedroom) we removed a hair clog the size of a small animal. We also ran out of toilet paper!!!!!!! And there are no beach towels!!!! No food staples like sugar!! And no place to hang a wet bath towel for 5 people! Pool bathroom code was wrong! The beach is awesome and the view spectacular, but when people fly from another state to a beach town they don’t pack pantry staples or beach towels.

Well stocked and cute spot for a week getaway at PCB. Owner was quick to respond and take care of our needs. Loved our spot on the beach …and loved the rest of our time on this porch!

Loved Every Day

The location of the property was perfect for us. There are so many great restaurants near by and very accessible shopping. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The property staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. One note if you book this unit, the refrigerator does not make ice, you’ll need to purchase it.

Wonderful!

First time in PCB and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo! It's a corner condo, so we had a great view of the Gulf to the south and the shoreline to the east! We highly recommend this condo
