Our Tower I Unit 310 is a 2-bedroom Deluxe unit (1317 sq. ft.) conveniently located on the third floor, directly overlooking the lagoon pool. The condo features two large bedrooms with a king bed and two queen beds. All beds have new mattresses and box springs as of January 2025.

Our condo was recently remodeled, and we continue with yearly improvements. It is a perfect location—close enough to the ground floor to have great unobstructed views of all the activities at the pool and beach, and high enough to enjoy the spectacular gulf views. There is quick access to the beach and pool by taking the nearby stairs or one of the two elevators.

Some of the updates you will enjoy include new ceilings, new paint, woodwork, wood trim (beadboard), doors, kitchen appliances, faucets, bedding, dining table and chairs, and bedroom recliner. All TVs are wall-mounted (smart TVs) with a high-definition feed. All TVs have DVD players (Blu-ray). We also have tile floors (no carpet).

Wake up in the morning in the master bedroom and enjoy the gulf view through the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sugary white beach. Move onto the adjoining balcony, which is furnished with chairs and a small table for drinks or coffee cups and enjoy your morning coffee with the nice gulf breeze. There are beach views from the kitchen, dining and living room, and master bedroom. Entrance to the balcony is from the living room and master bedroom.

There are two very large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a stacked washer and dryer. The bathrooms have tile showers and tub surrounds with raised vanities and new faucets.

There is a property fee of $70 that is for one parking pass and resort wristbands. One additional parking pass can be purchased for $30. Our condo sleeps six.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resort on Panama City Beach. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The amenities are awesome! The resort has a par-3, 9-hole golf course on the property. The updated fitness center and tennis / pickleball courts are available at no cost to you.
