The unit was super clean, freshly updated and very comfortable. The only downside was the construction meaning a very long wait for the elevators. The unit itself was perfect.

The room was very nice , the refrigerator could have been cleaner than it was and noticed hair in the bathroom on the sinks from last visitors other wise it was great , the view was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again, the kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed! Thanks for a great week!

Great place

The place was beautiful, close to everything and stocked with everything you could need and more. I would have liked to had more towels , maybe 2 per person . Other that my suggestion would be to take out the carpet, it was pretty dirty and put in tile or pergo. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

Overall, this trip was fine. The condo above us was renovating and nobody told us. But the managers did what they could even though that was not much. The condo was as expected, except one unexpected pest, which the manager handled. Beach was great. Pool was great. No complaints.

Relaxing beautiful condo

This condo is in a prime beachfront location and provides everything you need for beach fun. From the spacious balcony for lounging and sipping your coffee (or wine), to the beach toys, umbrella, and chairs included, to the comfortable beds where you can retire at the end of a day in paradise you will find yourself loving this condo. Check in was a breeze and the condo was clean and spacious. We definitely will be back!

Great Vacation

The condo was beautiful and what a View, loved how we always had that Ocean view from the kitchen and master bedroom. It truly calmed the soul. The kitchen offered everything you needed, just like home. It was also great that you could just walk to several restaurant's from the beach. I would highly recommend this unit.

The condo was nice, it looks as shown in photos. We didn’t have a hard time with elevators or checking in. The only thing that didn’t meet our satisfaction was the carpet desperately needed to be shampooed and cleaned. After hoping out of the shower and walking around barefoot in the condo our feet were so dirty! We were socks the whole time inside. Other than it was clean and lovely. P.S. seaweed season was definitely in.

Pros- The view was amazing of the beach, great beach access, two pools, fully stocked kitchen! Cons-The carpet needs cleaned EXTREMELY bad in the living room and the bunk bed room and master bedroom (it turned your feet black), the air didn’t cool the bunk bed room off at all, and the balcony door in the bedroom could hardly be pushed to open or close.

Can't wait to go back!

We had a great time at this condo in PCB! It is just like it is in the photos. The view from the 17th floor balcony, master bedroom, and living room, is AWESOME!!! The place was clean, well furnished, and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. A/C work fantastic. It is in a great location- close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. The owners are incredibly kind and responded quickly to all of the questions we had before we booked the unit. We can't wait to go back. We highly recommend this condo if your next vacation happens to be in Panama City Beach.

Great location, not clean, not safe.

Property is in a wonderful location. However, the door did not lock, one of the beds had dirty sheets and we killed multiple roaches. I placed multiple calls/messages and no one ever returned them. The overall property was nice, we will return to the area but I definitely won’t stay there again or rent anywhere managed by the same company. Very frustrating to have these issues and no one take the time to return a phone call/message.
