"First, there is a convoluted process to just to gain access to the door of this unit. Then the key fob used to access the property was not working so I messaged the host. Three hours later, I messaged them Nd again in another three hours. They responded with the instructions on how to get in, but no remedy on the key. The next morning I get another message that they are working to resolve my issue. Not much help on check out day. The unit itself was just ok. The apartment is about a 30 minute...
