“Good location, very convenient”

“AC doesn't work well at all. room temperature is 77 when turn on the Cold mode in summer. reception said would send a fan to my room, never happened. ask for room service for three times for one thing, failed. until the fourth time! took up a century. when I return to the room after the room cleaning, I saw my socks on the floor next to the trash. the used plates and so on, no one take care of it at all. no one come to collect. the bathroom is flooding when take a shower, u have to mop the floor……

“I stayed here last year so I was expecting no ac and falling apart furniture. Luckily our room was impecable, clean, ac working tooooo good, hot water in Shower and clean comfy beds. Of courseee the elevator took forever but I had patience and it was nothing. They def need a tiny fridge in the rooms that would fit. We made our own ice bucket that cost me ice daily because that also didn’t work. I would stay here again. Location is prime. ”

“The only issue we encountered was with the elevators. They were old and very slow. Maintenance was continually working on them. ”

“Hotel facilities are quite old, but the service is excellent. Great locations, 10 mins walk to key attractions. Nice breakfast ”

“I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think……
