"An average hotel, that while close to Times Sq and transport is not in a very nice area. The hotel lobby was a crowded zoo at all times of the day, expect to queue for lifts almost always. We had a room on the 3rd top floor, Saturday night we barely slept with thumping music from the rooftop bar. I can only imagine what those in the rooms above went through The room itself was comfortable enough, the bathroom is tiny but in decent condition. If you get a good deal this hotel may be acceptable. "

"當時入住5天，原本外面的餐廳座位區正在整修，所以早餐時室內空間非常擁擠，早餐時間常有沒位子的情況發生；若是住中低樓層，2部電梯在早上時段要下樓常擠不進去，整個公共空間和房間都感覺很擁擠。 但服務很親切，入住當天非常早只能先寄放行李，櫃檯人員親切邀請我們享用早餐，讓坐半夜飛機又餓又累的我們非常感動。"
