"Great location. Easy jumping point for getting around Phoenix. More space than I needed, but wanted the location. Would be a great rental for a family. Kitchen is modestly equipped. Would have preferred not to eat off of plastic for 10 days."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! There were plenty of things for us to do together, from swimming in the pool, playing ping pong or basketball, or having a family pickleball tournament. We also enjoyed snuggling on the comfy couches watching movies together. There was also plenty of space for being apart when needed, lol. The fact that it was pet friendly too was the icing on the cake! "

"Exactly as Advertised – Perfect for a Large Family!We stayed in July with our family of 23, and while most people thought we were crazy for going to Phoenix in the summer, this home made it the perfect getaway.Mornings were spent in the pool, and during the hotter parts of the day, we relaxed in the main house or played games in the game room. There were plenty of activities for all ages, both indoors and outdoors. The kids had tons of space to play, and the pool stayed cool all day, which was a huge plus in the heat.The owner was extremely responsive—every question we had was answered almost immediately by text.Highly recommend this property for large groups or families."

"Can't say enough good things about the people, property and process! These were the best communicators. Everything was clearly laid out, easy to use or find and just terrific. The property itself was incredible. We have a large family and were in town to visit with family. It easily accommodated us and was so comfortable with multiple sitting areas, beautiful yard, numerous fridges and washing machines. It really was perfect for our needs. Location was so convenient for us as well. I can't say enough good things about this experience, just that I hope we have the opportunity to be back and stay here again so soon. "This was the perfect spot for our trip. We were in town for our son’s wedding, and we needed a place for our family of six to stay, as well as to host a post-rehearsal gathering. The property was perfectly suited for both! Everything was as described. When we arrived late in the evening, there was one minor issue that I alerted management to. David responded immediately and the matter was resolved first thing the next morning. Great place for the price! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to use the garage, particularly with it being summer during our visit. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. It’s located close to freeways and has easy access to the city. The pool was definitely a bonus too."

"We had a group of 9 going to the Morgan Wallen concert, and decided we’d rent a house with a pool. I found this one and liked it, so we rented. So much room for all of us and the pool was great. "Overall our stay was wonderful! There were enough rooms and beds for all 8 of us to sleep peaceful and comfortable. The house was beautiful to us all. Instructions were easy to follow, house was clean. The only issue if I had to point out any would be the bee's that swarms the rocks over by the pool. Just wanted to mention that for anyone who wants to swim but may have a bee allergy. But overall everything else was chefs kiss in my opinion "

"This desert oasis was perfect for our trip for a mom, Mommom, and a 2 year old. Directions were very concise and the home was easy find. Everything you need is there and if you want more there are tons of restaurants and stores a minute away (literally). One of the bedrooms has the ability to have either two twin beds or put together as one big bed so it’s very versatile depending on your parties needs. If you are traveling with a little under 2 there are kid necessities like a pack and play, booster seat, and more! Amanda was very responsive before and during our stay, making us that much more comfortable. We traveled with my autistic 2 year old for a specialist appointment and we were so happy to find that she adapted so well to this little home. The Jack and Jill style bathroom was perfect for her to do her pacing circles! The pool was absolutely beautiful and has a ledge area for kids to play. This home surpassed all expectations and we will definitely be returning to stay for future medical appointments! "
