"This place is a hidden gem. The rooms were lovely and clean. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, so helpful and accommodating. If you need it, they will get it for you. There were so many little thoughtful things, like a stack of pool towels in your room, spf cream dispenser at the pool, a lovely outdoor restaurant. They really take care of all the details. 100% we will be back. "

"We had a nice stay at the resort . Everyone was pleasant and helpful . We stayed in a villa which was nice however very dated . We liked that it had 2 bathrooms and outdoor seating which was semi private . The living room furniture felt old and definitely dated . Although the room was cleaned it somehow had the feeling of dusty and old . It was uncomfortable . The refrigerator was very small which was very inconvenient . We never had the proper amount of coffee that was supposed to be provided for the small coffee maker in the room . No laundry facilities anywhere onsite . We have stayed in many upscale resorts and have had these available . We like to go home with our clothing clean . It’s not a deal breaker . The pools were really nice . The pool bar by the villas was not available or up and running so to speak which was very inconvenient . If you want convenience of a bar you need to walk over to one of the two available near the other 2 pools . FYI no do not disturb signs on the villa doors available and the house keeper walked in one day after knocking but we were upstairs and my husband told her we were still there and towels were all that we needed . She was pleasant and polite . I know the resort is undergoing renovation and I hope there are upgrades to the villas and villa pool area . I honestly think we would choose a different resort in the area next time . This is no reflection on the staff or hospitality . Expensive lacking amenities ."

"Arrived to find that their system had been down for an hour. They were telling customers they could cancel their reservation and go somewhere else. wWe had to wait about an hour for the system to come up. They couldn’t accommodate us and just give us an empty room and figure it out later. We were there for a show on the next night. It’s a good thing we didn’t arrive the same day as the show. Everything else about the place was nice and convenient location."

"Nice overall setup with a shaded lounge area, tennis, pickleball and the pool in the backyard. House had everything we needed. "

"I loved the fact that there was a fridge in the room, which i did not expect there to be due to all the photos I looked at of the rooms did not show one. I do wish there had been a club chair to sit in."

"Its a mixed review...Property could use a thorough, deep cleaning and need service for pest control, however its a very spacious property with good accomodations for multiple people. While not golfing, we spent most of our time sitting outside, so this served our needs well. The hosts responded very quickly to our issues with chirping smoke detectors. Because of the cleaning issues, we wouldn't go back."

"I booked a room on the first floor & it was conveniently located to the swimming pool. I liked the convenience of being able to walk back & forth to swim. Our room had a view of the pool and the lake. On Friday they had pool service for food & drinks. The restaurant bar & patio was next to the pool which was perfect for me due to my limited mobility. The menu has a nice variety. I enjoyed Breakfast, Lunch, & dinner. Excellent food & Drinks. The chairs on the patio are very comfortable. “Terry” our waiter & server was fabulous. He’s on top of his game! Personable & Creative with cocktails. Delicious "

"Breakfast was good. Towels were poor quality. No shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo. No toilet paper holder. Ice machines weren’t working."

"only negative was that at dinner in the hotel's restaurant, we ordered 2 Expresso Martinis and they were $18 each. never seen them that expensive!"
