“The construction we didn’t know about before booking. There was no parking or rides to the river ranch to avoid the parking issue and no closer pool to go to instead or even just relax in near the rooms which would be nice after 8pm until 10 at least. We came just for swimming so it was a real bummer. I didn’t see 7 pools at the river ranch either so I wondered where the others were but I was told that was the only place to swim.”

“Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant.”

“Hotel is clean. Pool was nice. The bars were always open. We had to do not disturb the first day on our door and they called to make sure we didn’t need towels replenished.”

“The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!”
