“We just stayed one night as we were passing through Joshua Tree, but it’s a super convenient location. The communication was excellent. The main bed is very comfortable. The other two mattresses were not as comfortable, but fine for a night. I would stay there again!”

“The getaway was perfect for our festival weekend. While we had to drive a ways the traffic was always flowing and the property is easy to get to. Eric was very communicative and was prompt with sharing information and instructions. The space is cute with all the retro decor and the property was fun. The two downsides is there isn’t much around there so you have to drive a bit to get to things and the walls were a little thin and you could sometimes hear the people in the adjoining units. “Very clean, comfortable, well furnished 1 level house. Well equipped kitchen. 2 patios for sun all day. Pool heated (xtra cost), lots of pool towels and floaters, loungers, chairs. Quiet neighborhood…mountains right out of your window. Gas fireplace for chillier desert evenings. short drive to downtown.”

“This apartment is comfortably set up with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The location was perfect for going either to Joshua Tree or Mt San Jacinto or Palm Springs. I loved the mid century modern decor, probably because it triggered nostalgia for my youthful days. Pool was nice for cooling off.”

“We loved our stay here for one week! Excellent (quiet) location and lots of fun playing bean bag toss. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. We were fortunate to have the entire place to ourselves for the most part. Would have been a different experience if others were also renting the other 2 places. We decided it would be great to rent all 3 spots for a family vacation. Would have liked to have the sliding gate to the property be lockable. Other than that - everything was really great.……

“Older property but kept in good condition. Very personable and helpful. Arrived on Friday at 4pm just in time for complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Only problem was the room above us on the 3rd floor was extremely active from 10pm till almost midnight. Sounded like lots of running or jumping around so perhaps not well insulated between floors. Other than feeling like I was in a lodge from the 1970s, it was a nice overnight stay. I think if returning to Big Bear Lake again, we would choose a……
