“LOVED this hotel. The room was so cute and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The food was delicious and service was fantastic. There are so many amenities, you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Staff were nice, but the room was a mess. The AC was super noisy and the smoke alarm went off at 5 AM for no reason, which was terrifying. The desk lamp and the room phone were both broken, we had to walk down to the lobby just to talk to the staff. Overall a pretty bad experience.”

“I have been coming to the Hilton in Palm Springs for years. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed, some how the bed frame was not even with box spring so the frame was sticking out at the end and covered by the dust ruffle. We had hit frame corner that didn’t have a cover on it a few times before we discovered the problem. Other than this, we had a wonderful time. I will be back again.”

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……

“The property is located away from the downtown crowds and noise but close enough to walk to the main section of the downtown area. The Ingleside Inn has history and style reminiscent of a bygone era. Featuring, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Palms Springs, Melvyn’s, on the property, this adult only Inn is perfect. Included with your stay you have access to the Avalon Hotel and all its facilities, which includes multiple swimming pools and a bar. We enjoyed our stay, we especially……
