“The kitchen needs a new frying pan. The existing one is in bad shape, hard to cook in and clean. Listing says there are 2 bikes to share, but when we asked mgmt company they said no. The main floor needs chairs, even beach chairs or something to sit in- maybe a bistro set. The place was cute and comfortable. We did not have to use the AC. “This island is AMAZING! Everything from the gorgeous water, snorkeling, kayaking, well appointed cabanas, friendly staff, to the phenomenal food! “This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5……
