"Rooms are in the different buildings so we needed to check in to find out where we were staying. Parking is difficult so we chose to pay for valet. Loved the location and it was convenient for Midnight Madness shopping and to great restaurants."

"Great house for a larger group. Love the neighborhood and water views. The host was very proactive, and we were surprised to find a kitchen stocked with food and little gifts! This is a small thing, but a lot of rentals don't do it - all the bedrooms had blackout curtains! Overall, great experience and would rent again if we came back to town."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bay View Studio Apartment. It's an excellent use of an excellent location. The apartment is spacious, warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped, tidy and easy to navigate. The entire place felt clean and orderly. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub at the close of day. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning! We highly recommend Laura as a host!"
