"My wife and I stayed for five nights from 14-19 November. Everything about our stay was brilliant, from the initial welcome by the concierge Anthony, the wonderful check-in staff and the housekeeping team, we could not fault it.
I am a wheelchair user and the hotel exceeded my expectations considerably. Our room (169) was huge, appropriately adapted and clean.
The quality of the breakfast and dinner was very high with service to match. Staff seemed to go to any length to ensure our experience was positive and they succeeded in that.
I doubt there can be a more centrally located hotel if it is theatres and the landmarks of London you are looking for.
We will definitely return should my health permit. "
"This hotel is a great location near the National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery. West End theatres walking distance. Near tube and train. The Library area for guests is excellent, with work stations, comfortable chairs and tables. We would sometimes bring in take out food and eat it here. We did not try the breakfast. There were many options near by including Pret. "
