I arrived early and departed late, but was able to store my luggage in their locked storage closet. There was one odd moment though where the maid called me back into my room to give me an in-person scolding for having some spotting during the night. The front desk manager Jorge was very helpful setting up a luxury trip to the small island of Sabai off the Islas de Baru. The restaurant staff learned about my mom’s birthday and Gina led the way in organizing a celebration with balloons and cake!
