“Had the worst experience there staff wasn't the friendly they keep.us waiting we has making a line for check in and they attended people that got there after us then left trash didnt pick up from the room and we wasn't in the place so no excuse for don't clean it also ask for menu and the person in the restaurant side keep us waiting someone else have to come to serve us they said snack on the evening we're certain hours was already passed 40 min and nothing they don't even have things ready or……

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“The overall property was OK. You still have to pay for this shadow to take you back-and-forth to the airport. The TV kept born, In-N-Out English Channel, and then never was enough. A washcloth.”

“The property is beautiful. My only issue was the VIP, was not really VIP. There was no mention of possible upgrade, and when I asked the next day, they told me my upgrade was that I had a King Size Bed. The food discount at the restaurant, there was no coupon ( unlike other VIP properties). I was told just put it on the room, and the discount will come off automatically, after not telling me about the discount at check-in.”
