“I had a good stay at Hostel of Santurce. The room was very clean. The staff was very engaging and cordial. The kitchen had everything that you would need.”

“The room was ok. Air conditioner worked well. The bathroom needs upgrading and there was no hot water for showering. I contacted them and was told they were sending someone to fix it and it wasn’t fixed. I left a day early and had to book a hotel elsewhere because I just couldn’t take having to shower in cold water for another day. I contacted them again and asked for compensation and they offered me a discount for my next reservation with them; as if after this experience I would want to……

“Easy to get there and get it. Close to downtown and plenty to do around and explore. Perfect for a quick getaway.”

“The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is not very well maintained. Mosquitoes ripped me to shreds in the bathroom and bedroom. There were roaches in the bathroom at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Although the staff was great, I would not stay here again. ”
