Great Location

Fun condo with great views. Very comfortable and clean. On-premise staff was very helpful. My quads were in much better shape after the week and the stairs (we counted 156), but Ubers were readily available. Highly recommended.

Wonderful views and accommodations!

The property has wonderful views out to the ocean and all the amenities you could ask for in the apartment. The property owner was amazingly helpful throughout our stay!

Great location and view.

Great place! Only thing that got old was the stairs to Amapas street and the beach, but was good for the heart.

Amapas Ocean View Condo

Charming two bedroom condo with ocean view. This is my second time to stay here and I love the view overlooking the bay with coffee , wine , or cocktails.

Nice views, great location, neighborhood on a verdant hill, Mexican charm

Spacious rooms just right for 4 people, comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen, airy balcony with awesome view of the bay. Very centrally located, close to great beaches, restaurants and nightlife. Great daily housekeeping service. Good exercise walking up and down the 60 or so steps to and from town.

Loved Jim's condo. Half a block from beach behind Blue Chairs and up on the hill means awesome views, great sunsets and 2 balconies! The master bed overlooks the bay and always has an awesome breeze

Beautiful Views, Short walk to the beach and downtown

This property displayed beautiful views of PV and a short walk to the beach and downtown. Everything you possibly need is within walking distance. Jim (owner) David (prop mgt) were both very tentative and willing to help however they could. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for two weeks.

Wonderful place...Highly recommendable...great views...

Well kept and very comfortable place; nicely furnished, very clean and well kept with great ocean view from living room/terrace and bedroom, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and pleasant building staff. Steps go directly to Los Muertos Beach but going back we mostly "splurged" for taxis at $3.00 plus tip.

Lovely Condo

We wished we could have stayed longer! Everything was exactly as described in listing no unexpected surprises. We knew about the road ( not that noisy) and the roof top night club, it’s to the side of the building not directly in front and they didn’t have music every night, and the steepness (we took a taxi or Uber up to the condo if we were tired) read the reviews. A lovely place and the owner James was so nice and helpful

Lovely flat, stunning views and sunsets

Jim was a super host - great communication and the onsite staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and generally well stocked. The balcony has incredible views out over the bay and the sunsets are spectacular. Thanks.

Nice place

The condo was nice. Beautiful view on the bay. Good and safe location but there are 71 steps to climb each time we came back to the condo. Staff was pleasant. The building is very near from route 200. Noisy traffic day and night.

Love it!

Jim was an excellent host and I love the property. I especially love the charm of the building and the view! The view of the bay is magnificent and I have missed it each day since. The floor plan is very comfortable. It is very convenient to the beach and all the nearby restaurants and shops in lower Amapas as well as the rest of the Romantic Zone. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Exceptionally tastefully decorated and fully equipped condo with unobstructed view to the bay. Everything corresponds exactly to the description on VRBO. What is particularly noteworthy: James, the caring and attentive host, and his super friendly and dedicated staff on site, especially the maintenance and the housekeeping.

Awesome view of banderas bay

We loved our stay at the condo - falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to fabulous expansive views of the bay. The unit was totally redesigned and we loved the minimalist beach vibe which was relaxing and calm. The building is a ten minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Jim and the staff were very attentive to our needs and any minor issues were dealt with immediately. We will definitely return!

Jim was very good about communication all the way through the process The condo is in good condition, the bathroom shower could use some scrubbing. The location was convention to the beach and old town. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the condo building itself.
