Shower area in room needs an update. Would we come back? Maybe if the price was right, but there are plenty of other AI resorts at this price point that are better. Unfortunately, we would not return. The staff was incredibly rude; whenever you asked a question or requested something, they wore sour expressions and always responded with a lot of attitude. Every day, we had to request towels and water because they didn't restock the minibar. We upgraded to a new room with a Jacuzzi, but we went two days without being able to use it because it wasn't working. We complained, but they took a long time to send someone to fix it. The wooden frame of the mirror came loose and fell off during the night. We felt we had no privacy, as staff members would enter the room—sometimes without even knocking on the door. Ana from the spa was the only friendly employee."
